Bloom Ads: Building Local Relevance with Personalized Media Plans

Bloom Ads, Inc. is a fully integrated media planning and buying agency headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Here is the company’s description taken from its website:

Our obsession with media is your gain. Our team will work with you every step of the way in order to create and implement an effective strategy that is tailored to your needs and delivers results – ROI is at the forefront of every ad campaign.

We caught up with Christina Swain, VP, strategy and development at Bloom Ads, to learn more:

What local problem(s) does Bloom Ads solve? How?
Today’s audiences are platform-agnostic, jumping from place to place, consuming content everywhere.  No matter where they are, they expect to find our advertisers. In print, online, broadcast or out-of-home, we optimize our clients’ media mix to provide complete solutions for each individual campaign.

What makes Bloom Ads innovative?
Our non-biased, innovative approach to media is our key differentiator.  Each client’s media plans are custom crafted to deliver on their individual KPIs.  No two plans are ever the same.

How does Bloom Ads make the local space better for advertisers and/or consumers?
We identify unique local media tactics that are relevant to the communities in which we serve and incorporate those tactics into our media plans.  Our ad campaigns typically include grass roots efforts to drive sales, create engagement and build brand for our partners.

What is next in local?
Programmatic.  We use it today nationally.  The next natural step is to see programmatic buying on a local level.
